This website is operated by i4wd.club Pty Ltd (ABN 44 687 053 336). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to i4wd.club Pty Ltd.

By accessing or using our website, purchasing a product, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Promotion Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our website or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting changes to our site. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 1. ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent where permitted under applicable Promotion Terms & Conditions.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose and not to violate any applicable laws.

 2. MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

i4wd.club offers both One-Off Memberships and Patched Memberships.

One-Off Memberships are single purchase products and do not automatically renew.

Patched Memberships are recurring subscription products billed monthly unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a Patched Membership, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.

You may cancel your Patched Membership at any time by logging into your account and selecting “Manage My Membership” or by contacting gday@i4wd.club.

Cancellation stops future renewals only. Charges already processed are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Membership benefits, including giveaway entries and Club Rates access, are governed by our Membership Terms and Promotion Terms & Conditions.
 
3. PROMOTIONS & GIVEAWAYS

All promotions, competitions and giveaways are subject to separate Promotion Terms & Conditions.

Entry eligibility, prize details, and conditions are governed exclusively by those terms.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entrants who breach any terms.
 
4. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason permitted by law.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any part of our services without written permission.

Credit card information is encrypted during transmission. Other data may be transmitted across networks as required for normal operation.
 
5. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.

We reserve the right to:
 • Limit sales of products or services to any person or region
 • Limit quantities
 • Discontinue any product at any time
 • Refuse orders that appear fraudulent or placed by resellers

All physical products are subject to our Refund Policy.
 
6. BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current purchase and account information.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
 
7. OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services, and use of such services is at your own risk.
 
8. USER SUBMISSIONS

If you submit comments, photos, reviews, testimonials or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and publish that content for promotional or business purposes.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or malicious.
 
9. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
 
10. ERRORS & OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability, and to cancel orders where necessary.
 
11. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use this site:
 • For unlawful purposes
 • To violate any laws or rights
 • To harass, abuse or harm others
 • To upload malicious code
 • To spam, scrape, or phish
 • To interfere with site security

Violation may result in termination of access.
 
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
 
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, i4wd.club Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our website, products, memberships or promotions.

Where liability cannot be excluded under law, our liability is limited to the replacement of goods, resupply of services, or refund of the purchase price at our discretion, as permitted under Australian Consumer Law.
 
14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold i4wd.club Pty Ltd harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.
 
15. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you breach these Terms.
 
16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
 
17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
 
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Promotion Terms & Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
