General

1. The Promoter is i4wd.club Pty Ltd (ABN: 44 687 053 336 - Address: Level 1/202 Ross River Rd, Aitkenvale QLD 4814).

2. The purchase of an i4wd.club membership is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

Who Can Enter

5. Entry is open to anyone who is an Australian resident of QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS, WA & NT living inside Australia except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies. Immediate family includes the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, or first cousin.

6. Residents of South Australia are excluded from this promotion.

7. Entry is only valid to Australian Residents living within QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS, WA & NT Australia at the time of entry. Any Australian Residents who live outside of Australia who purchase a membership will not receive entries into the giveaway and will not be counted in the draw.

8. If the entrant is under the age of 18, written consent from a parent/guardian must be submitted to dan@i4wd.club in order for the membership purchase to be counted in the draw. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded on their behalf to a parent or guardian.

9. The address supplied by entrants must be an address within Australia.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency, and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and no substitute will be offered.

When to Enter

11. This promotion starts at 12:01am AEST on Saturday, June 27th, 2026 and ends at 8:00pm AEST on Thursday, July 30th, 2026.

12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion, or for any other reason.

How to Enter

13. Entrants may enter the competition by purchasing any of the i4wd.club Membership options on offer via www.i4wd.club.

14. Entrants are required to take full responsibility for the content of their entry and for ensuring that their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions. For the purposes of these content requirements, "entry content" includes any content (including text) that entrants submit in connection with their entry into the Promotion.

15. Any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid unless the entrant requires the assistance of a third party to enter due to a disability.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry, or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.

17. Only entrants who have and can provide proof of purchase of the items in their entry package purchase listed in 'How to Enter' at the time of competition close will be eligible to win. Except as set out in these Terms and Conditions, prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Number of Entries Permitted

18. Once 6,000 eligible entrants have been recorded, no further entries will be allocated for this promotion. Any memberships purchased after the cap is reached will not receive entries into this promotion (but will still receive all standard membership benefits).

Draw and Notification of Winner

19. The winners will be determined by random name selection conducted by the Promoter on Friday the 31st of July, 2026 at 4pm AEST, unless the maximum amount of entrants is reached, in which case all entrants will be notified via email that the draw has closed and the draw will take place the following day at 4pm. The draw will be held via live stream on the i4wd.club Instagram account (@i4wd.club) from the location of 24 Lorna Ct, Mount St John QLD 4818, and will also be recorded for record-keeping purposes. The draw will be conducted in the presence of an independent person who is not involved in the conduct or management of the Promotion.

20. Two (2) entries will be drawn at the draw:

• The first valid entry drawn will be the Primary Winner.
• The second valid entry drawn will be the Reserve Winner.

21. The Promoter's decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result or any other decisions the Promoter makes in connection with the Promotion.

22. The Primary Winner and (where applicable under these Terms and Conditions) the Reserve Winner will be notified by phone, email, and via social media within 24 hours of the draw.

23. Should an entrant's contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.

24. In the event that a winner is not able to be contacted, the Promoter will continue to attempt to contact the winner via phone, email and social media over a 1 week period, at which point the Promoter will perform a redraw to source another winner.

25. If contact with an initially drawn winner is unable to be made within 1 week, a redraw will be conducted via live stream at 4pm, Friday, August 7th, 2026, on the i4wd.club Instagram account (@i4wd.club) from the location of 24 Lorna Ct, Mount St John QLD 4818, and will also be recorded for record-keeping purposes. The redraw will be conducted specifically to replace the unreached winner. The prize allocation of any winner who has been successfully contacted will not be affected by the redraw.

Prize On Offer

26. There are two (2) prizes available to be won in this Promotion, each being AUD $10,000 store credit redeemable at Mike's Shock Shop, for a total prize pool of AUD $20,000 store credit (including GST).

27. The prizes are allocated as follows:

• The Primary Winner receives AUD $10,000 store credit (the "First Prize").
• The remaining AUD $10,000 store credit (the "Second Prize") is allocated in accordance with clauses 28 to 31.

28. The Primary Winner may elect, in respect of the Second Prize, to either:

• Option A: Nominate one (1) other person (a "Nominated Mate") to receive the Second Prize; or
• Option B: Pass the Second Prize to the Reserve Winner.

29. To nominate a Nominated Mate under Option A, the Primary Winner must, within three (3) business days of first being contacted by the Promoter as a winner, provide the Promoter in writing by email to dan@i4wd.club with the full name and contact details of the Nominated Mate. The nomination is only valid once received in writing by the Promoter.

30. A Nominated Mate is not required to hold an i4wd.club membership. However, the Nominated Mate must meet the same eligibility criteria as entrants, namely: be aged 18 years or over; be an Australian resident living within QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS, WA or NT; and not be a resident of South Australia. The Nominated Mate must not be an employee or immediate family member of the Promoter as described in clause 5. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residency from the Nominated Mate before awarding the Second Prize, and to reject any Nominated Mate who does not meet these criteria.

31. If the Primary Winner does not provide a valid written nomination within the three (3) business day period set out in clause 29, or elects under Option B to pass the Second Prize to the Reserve Winner, or the Nominated Mate is found to be ineligible or cannot be verified, the Second Prize will be awarded to the Reserve Winner. The Reserve Winner must be an eligible entrant at the time of the draw. The Primary Winner is not entitled to receive both prizes and is not entitled to any cash alternative for the Second Prize.

32. The maximum retail value of each prize is AUD $10,000 (including GST). The total maximum prize pool value for this Promotion is AUD $20,000 (including GST).

33. The prize credit at Mike's Shock Shop may be applied toward new parts, accessories, suspension components, servicing, in-store fitting, and shipping, subject to availability.

34. Winners (and any Nominated Mate) may purchase products or services exceeding their allocated credit amount at Mike's Shock Shop. If the total purchase value exceeds the credit amount, the Promoter will apply the credit toward the purchase and the winner (or Nominated Mate) will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.

35. The prize credit:

• Is non-transferable, except for the single nomination of a Nominated Mate expressly permitted under these Terms and Conditions
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be converted into store credit with any other retailer
• Must be used only by the Primary Winner, the Reserve Winner, or the Nominated Mate to whom it is awarded
• Must be taken as offered

36. Prize credit is administered directly by the Promoter and is not issued as a voucher, gift card, or store account by Mike's Shock Shop. Winners (and any Nominated Mate) must nominate the products or services they wish to obtain using their prize credit by contacting the Promoter via dan@i4wd.club. All nominations of products or services must be submitted to the Promoter within six (6) months from the draw date.

37. Any unused portion of the credit remaining after the six (6) month redemption period will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed or transferred.

38. Any remaining balance that is insufficient to complete an additional purchase will not be redeemable for cash or store credit.

39. If a selected product or service is temporarily unavailable at the time of ordering, the winner (or Nominated Mate) may elect to:

• Wait until the product or service becomes available; or
• Select an alternative product or service of their choosing.

No cash alternative will be provided in the event of product or service unavailability.

40. Winners (and any Nominated Mate) are responsible for ensuring that any products selected are compatible with their vehicle and comply with all relevant road-use, registration, and modification laws applicable in their State or Territory.

Delivery of Prizes

41. Prize credits will be administered directly by the Promoter.

42. Winners (and any Nominated Mate) must contact the Promoter via dan@i4wd.club to confirm their prize allocation and submit the products or services they wish to purchase using their credit.

43. Upon receiving the nomination of products or services, the Promoter requires up to seven (7) business days to confirm the order with Mike's Shock Shop and obtain a supplier invoice. The Promoter will then pay the supplier invoice on the winner's (or Nominated Mate's) behalf within twenty-eight (28) days of receipt of the invoice.

44. Once the supplier invoice has been paid, the Promoter will provide the relevant order confirmation, supplier contact details, and shipping or fitment arrangements as applicable.

45. Products purchased using the prize credit will be shipped directly from Mike's Shock Shop to the nominated address where applicable.

46. Delivery is limited to addresses within Australia.

47. Shipping costs for products ordered online are included within the prize credit allocation and are not provided separately by the Promoter.

48. Installation and fabrication services, where available at Mike's Shock Shop, may be paid for using the prize credit and will be arranged directly between the winner (or Nominated Mate) and Mike's Shock Shop.

49. Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Product availability
• Supplier stock levels
• Manufacturing lead times
• Freight carrier delays

50. The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by supplier stock shortages, freight providers, manufacturing lead times, installation scheduling, or any circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

51. If Mike's Shock Shop becomes unavailable, ceases trading, is unable to supply products, or is otherwise unable to fulfil orders for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the unavailable supplier with a comparable supplier or provide alternative products of equal or greater value, at the Promoter's discretion.

52. This Promotion is conducted and administered solely by i4wd.club Pty Ltd. Mike's Shock Shop participates only as a prize fulfilment partner and is not responsible for the conduct, administration, management, or operation of the Promotion, including the allocation of entries, the draw process, or the determination of winners.

53. By accepting a prize, winners (and any Nominated Mate) agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the Promotion if requested by the Promoter. Winners (and any Nominated Mate) consent to the use of their name, social media handle, photographs, video content, vehicle images, and general location (state or region) for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation.

54. Winners (and any Nominated Mate) may be invited to provide feedback or share their experience relating to their prize, including leaving a review on the i4wd.club Facebook page or participating in social media content, to help promote the i4wd.club community and future promotions.

55. By accepting the prize, winners (and any Nominated Mate) acknowledge that any products purchased using the prize credit may require installation, modification, or fitment to a vehicle. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or liability arising from the installation, modification, or use of products purchased using the prize credit. All installations and modifications are undertaken at the winner's (or Nominated Mate's) own risk.

56. All products supplied using the prize credit are subject to Mike's Shock Shop's standard trading terms, warranty policies, and conditions of sale, as well as the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Use of Personal Information

57. Any personal information you provide in the course of this Competition will be subject to these Terms & Conditions and to the Promoter's Privacy policy which can be found at https://www.i4wd.club/policies/privacy-policy. You agree that the Promoter will use the contact details you provided as part of your entry to contact you in the event you are selected as one of the winners.

58. The prize recipient(s) agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, any Nominated Mate, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the relevant person's prior consent.

59. Where a Primary Winner provides the Promoter with the personal details of a Nominated Mate, the Primary Winner confirms that they have the Nominated Mate's consent to provide those details to the Promoter for the purposes of administering this Promotion.

60. By entering the Competition, you agree to your personal information being used for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions, including the purposes of assessing your eligibility, administering the Competition, prize fulfillment, and for contacting you if you are selected as a winner.

61. You are providing your information to i4wd.club and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy, https://www.i4wd.club/policies/privacy-policy.

62. i4wd.club offers ongoing subscription services through our platform, with automatic renewals via direct debit until the member cancels or we terminate the service according to these terms. In addition to our subscription plans, we also offer one-off purchase membership options for those who prefer not to commit to a monthly subscription. Our membership plans are detailed as follows:

62.1 Monthly Memberships

Patched 4H Membership – Monthly Cost: $10 per month. Benefits include:

• 50 accumulating entries per month into all promotional draws.
• Continuous access to Club Rates as long as the subscription is active.
• Access to the online community "The Club House"

62.2 Patched 4LO Membership – Monthly Cost: $20 per month. Benefits include:

• 120 accumulating entries per month into all promotional draws.

Accumulating Entries

63. Accumulating entries are a unique benefit of our membership plans that allow you to participate in all promotional draws. These entries accumulate each month as long as your membership remains active. The more entries you have, the higher your chances of winning in our promotional draws.

64. Monthly Memberships: Entries are added to your account each month. For example, with the Patched 4H Membership, you receive 50 entries every month. These entries continue to accumulate for as long as your subscription is active. For instance, the month you purchase your Patched 4H Membership, you have 50 entries. In the second month, your membership is worth 100 entries. In the third month, you have 150 entries, and by the fourth month, you have accumulated 200 entries. You will receive an email each month after renewal updating you of your total entries in the draw. Please check your junk or spam folder for this email.

65. One-off Purchase Memberships: Entries are granted at the time of purchase and do not accumulate over time and do not count for every giveaway. If a One-Off membership is purchased outside of a promotion, the entries will not count towards the following promotion.

66. Your accumulating entries are automatically added to your account. You will receive an email each month after renewal updating you of your total entries in the draw. You can also view your total entry count logging in to your Membership account on www.i4wd.club. These entries give you the opportunity to win exclusive prizes and offers in our regular promotional draws. Please check your junk and spam folders for this email.

Membership Cancellation

67. Patched (recurring) memberships can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation is a self-service process that must be actioned by the member. To cancel, log into your customer account at www.i4wd.club, navigate to the "Account" section, and click "Manage My Membership," where you will find the option to cancel your membership.

68. If a membership is cancelled while a giveaway is running, all accumulated entries on the account at the time of cancellation will be forfeited, and the member will be removed from the draw running at the time of cancellation. Only active memberships are eligible to be drawn.

69. If a membership is cancelled and later renewed, the total entries for that membership will reset to zero. You will not regain any of the entries accumulated before the cancellation.

70. If a member emails i4wd.club requesting that the Promoter cancel their membership on their behalf, rather than using the self-service process described in clause 67, the Promoter will not action the cancellation until the member provides written acknowledgement (by reply email) confirming they understand that the Promoter cancelling their membership on their behalf will forfeit all accumulated entries currently on their account and remove them from the giveaway draw running at the time of their request. Members are encouraged to log into their account at www.i4wd.club to review their current entry count before providing acknowledgement. The cancellation will take effect from the date the written acknowledgement is received. Until the acknowledgement is received, the membership will remain active and continue to bill as normal.

Membership Upgrade/Downgrade

71. Memberships can be upgraded or downgraded at any time during a promotion and the total accumulated entries gained from the original membership will be retained.

72. For a membership upgrade or downgrade to take place, the upgraded or downgraded membership must be purchased before the cancellation of the original membership to retain the entries that have been accumulated during the time of the original membership purchase.

73. If the original membership is cancelled before the purchase of the upgraded or downgraded membership by mistake, please reach out to dan@i4wd.club to discuss.

Other

74. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend a game and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to a game will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

75. A game and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

76. All promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other Social Network.

Membership Refunds or Returns

77. i4wd.club membership purchases are non-refundable. By purchasing a membership, you agree that ongoing access is provided as a digital service and cannot be returned or refunded once activated.

78. This policy complies with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind, forgot to cancel, or no longer wish to use the membership.

79. Refunds will only be considered in the event of a major failure, as defined under the Australian Consumer Law, where services were not delivered as described or were unreasonably delayed.

Promotion Cancellation Clause

80. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of i4wd.club, i4wd.club may in its sole discretion suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

Club Rates Discounts

81. i4wd.club Pty Ltd is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of discount codes offered by our Club Rates Partners. While we strive to ensure that all discount codes remain valid and up to date, our partners may change or discontinue codes at their discretion without prior notice to us. If a discount code does not work, we encourage members to reach out to us at dan@i4wd.club so we can investigate. However, we cannot guarantee that all codes will function 100% of the time, and we are not liable for any changes, restrictions, or discontinuation of discount codes by our partners.

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and accept this and all other terms and conditions outlined by i4wd.club Pty Ltd.

The Club House Fortnightly Store Credit Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

General

Eligibility

5. Entry is open exclusively to active Patched Members of i4wd.club who are part of The Club House Facebook group at the time of entry.

6. Only Australian residents of QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS, WA & NT living inside Australia are eligible. Residents of South Australia are excluded from this giveaway.

7. Entrants must be a current, active i4wd.club Patched Member at the time of the draw. If a drawn name belongs to an inactive member, their entry will be void, and a redraw will take place immediately.

8. Members who join The Club House after 6:00 PM AEST on the Friday before a draw will not be included in the upcoming draw but will be eligible for the following one.

Entry Process

9. Entry is automatic for all active Patched Members who are part of The Club House Facebook group at the time of the draw.

10. A list of eligible members will be compiled and posted in The Club House on the Friday before each draw by 6:00 PM AEST.

11. Names from this list will be entered into a random name generator, and the winner will be drawn live.

Draw Details

12. The first giveaway draw will take place on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 4:00 PM AEST, and every fortnight thereafter on Saturdays at 4:00 PM AEST.

13. Draws will be conducted live on the i4wd.club Instagram account (@i4wd.club).

14. The drawn name will be checked against our Shopify database to verify their membership status.

15. If the drawn winner is found to be inactive at the time of the draw, they will be removed from The Club House, and a redraw will take place immediately.

16. The winner will be notified via call, text, email, and tagged in a post in The Club House.

17. The winner has until the Friday before the following draw (a fortnight later) to respond and claim their prize.

18. If the winner does not respond within this period, a redraw will take place.

Prize Details & Redemption

19. The prize is $500 store credit redeemable with any i4wd.club Club Rates Partner.

20. The store credit is not redeemable for cash.

21. The winner must provide the details of the item(s) they wish to purchase from a Club Rates Partner, up to a total value of $500.

22. If the total value of the selected item(s) exceeds $500, the winner is responsible for covering the additional cost.

23. The $500 can be split across multiple Club Rates Partner businesses, up to the total value.

24. Store credit does not need to be used in a single transaction.

25. Store credit does not expire.

26. Once the store credit has been arranged with a Club Rates Partner, it cannot be withdrawn.

27. If a selected Club Rates Partner is unable to participate for any reason, the winner can choose another partner to use the credit with.

28. If a winner chooses not to spend the full $500, the remaining balance can be kept as store credit with i4wd.club, unless the winner opts to hold onto it for future use with a Club Rates Partner.

Winner Responsibilities

29. The winner is responsible for confirming the items they wish to purchase and ensuring they meet the Club Rates Partner's purchasing conditions.

30. The store credit must be used in accordance with the terms of the selected Club Rates Partner.

31. The winner cannot use the store credit to purchase gift cards.

32. i4wd.club is not responsible for product availability, delays, or issues once the store credit is arranged with a Club Rates Partner.

Redraws & Disqualifications

33. If a drawn winner does not respond within the designated timeframe (by the Friday before the next draw), a redraw will occur.

34. If a winner is found to have violated membership rules, engaged in fraudulent activity, or breached The Club House community guidelines, their prize will be forfeited, and a redraw will occur.

35. If a winner is disqualified due to inactivity, their name will be immediately redrawn live.

Limitations & Liabilities

36. i4wd.club is not liable if a Club Rates Partner business cannot fulfill an order after the store credit has been issued.

37. i4wd.club is not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as stock shortages, supplier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

38. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, hacking incidents, legal requirements, or any event beyond reasonable control.

39. All decisions made by i4wd.club regarding this giveaway are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Privacy & Personal Information

40. Any personal information provided as part of this giveaway will be handled in accordance with i4wd.club’s Privacy Policy.

41. The winner agrees to have their name announced in The Club House and on i4wd.club’s social media platforms.

42. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent, except where required by law.
Changes to Terms & Conditions

43. The promoter reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to The Club House members and updated on the i4wd.club website.
