Refund policy

Physical Products – 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all physical items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return items must be sent to:
Level 1, 202 Ross River Rd, Aitkenvale, QLD 4814.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Please note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

  • i4wd.club Memberships are non-refundable. This includes both monthly and one-off membership purchases. Purchasing a membership confirms your agreement to these terms at checkout.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to complete a return (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be in original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
