PHYSICAL PRODUCTS – 30 DAY RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy on physical merchandise items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging with any tags attached
• Proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Membership Products
All i4wd.club Memberships (including One-Off Memberships and Patched Membership subscriptions) are non-refundable once purchased.
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Membership access and giveaway entries are delivered immediately upon purchase
• Charges for the current billing period are non-refundable
• Cancelling a Patched Membership stops future renewals only
Merchandise – Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at gday@i4wd.club as soon as possible with photos and your order details. We will assess the issue and resolve it in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item (where eligible), please request a return first. Once approved and received, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact gday@i4wd.club.
